Services included in Telio World Basic

Digital Vault

The Digital Vault is located in a secure data centre with full redundancy that will ensure your data security as well as continuous availability.

With Telio Digital Vault you are provided with an always available web based interface, which enables you to access your files from anywhere, as well as a PC client (Windows compatible) that enables automatic backup and synchronization of your data, and also incorporates automatic restore features should the need arise.

The communication between your computer and Telio Digital Vault is secure and encrypted, but we do not perform any encryption on the actual data once stored.

IP to IP Calls

In addition to providing a state-of-the-art backup service, our award-winning IP to IP platform is made available to all Telio Digital Vault customers. Any compatible VoIP device or application is possible to use with Telio IP to IP, but for most users Telio recommends using X-lite Softphone by Counterpath. The client is freely downloadable from this link: X-lite.

Services included in Telio World Premium

eBox

In addition to the services offered with Basic, Telio World Premium users are provided access to "eBox", an easy to use voice mail service that can be configured directly from the Softphone

Softphone from Counterpath

Telio World Premium users are provided with a high quality Softphone solution from Counterpath, with extended features compared to the version freely available for Basic users.
