In addition to providing a state-of-the-art backup service, our award-winning IP to IP platform is made available to all Telio World Basic and Premium customers.

Any compatible VoIP device or application is possible to use with Telio World IP to IP, but for most users Telio recommends using X-lite Softphone by Counterpath. The client is freely downloadable from this link: X-lite for Telio World Basic customers.

Telio World Premium users are provided access and licence for an improved version of the Softphone.

Why use Telio World IP to IP?

You can use Telio World's IP to IP service to call your family and friends provided they also use Telio World and have installed the required software (like X-Lite Softphone). The service is in function similar to other IP to IP services available (like Skype), but with even better quality due to Telio Worlds award-winning sound quality and renowned stability.
